Hard Reset and Factory Reset of MICROMAX Canvas Hue AQ5000

Before you try the factory reset or hard reset on your device, make sure that you have backup your important files. Restoring the default settings or factory reset your device will delete all your existing files and will go back to its initial state.

Hard Reset:

>>> Turn off your phone.

>>> Press and hold together Volume Down + Volume Up + Power button.

>>> Once Recovery menu appears on the screen, release the buttons.

>>> Select "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume buttons, and Menu Key + Back Key to confirm.

>>> Then choose "Yes -- delete all user data" by holding for few seconds Menu key + Back key.

>>> Confirm operation "reboot system now".


Alternate Hard Reset:

>>> Power On Handset and connect to PC or Laptop

>>> Download Android Tool and Drivers

>>> Install both drivers "SCI android drivers" and "ADB Android Drivers"

>>> Now open tool and press "5" and hit Enter Key to wipe data / factory reset.
