Hard Reset and Factory Reset of BLU Grand Max

Before you try the factory reset or hard reset on your device, make sure that you have backup your important files. Restoring the default settings or factory reset your device will delete all your existing files and will go back to its initial state.


Factory Reset:

>>> Go to Menu and choose Privacy

>>> Factory Data Reset

>>> Reset phone

Just wait for the phone ends the process and when it does we will have the phone as new as the day you had first brought him out of the box.


Hard Reset:

Charge the battery fully so that it will not interrupt the process .

>>> Turn off your phone.

>>> Press and hold the Volume Down + Menu Button + Power Button.

>>> Wait on the phone screen menu appear and release both buttons.

>>> Then select the option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll, and Power button to confirm.

>>> Choose from the menu "Yes -- delete all user data".

>>> Then press the Power button to enter "reboot system now".

Once done and after the phone makes the whole process the phone will return to its initial configuration , as you found it right out of the box first .
